Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Damaged or defective upon arrival
- Incorrectly sent (wrong item received)
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened and used
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
- Products without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Return Delivery Charges
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).
